I’m an elementary school librarian by day and I have always loved
reading or book-related jewelry. My husband and I decided to start a
business aimed at librarians and teachers who enjoy displaying their
bibliophilia. Well-Dressed Reader was born.

We work with artists from across America and Canada who
make handmade, custom jewelry and have designed items for our site. A few of the artists are also librarians by day! There is nothing
mass-produced; when a person places an order on our site, we have the
piece made by the artist. This leads to a slightly longer time you need
to wait for your jewelry, but it is worth the wait! The custom aspect
is one we are particularly proud of.

Additionally,
Well-Dressed Reader donates 10% of our profits to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. We
are dedicated to helping eradicate this devastating genetic disorder.
We are very proud to contribute to a cure.
