Carolina.  We develop gated, equestrian, and lifestyle communities. 
Historic Aiken is one of the South's most sought after locations.  It is
where the wealthy heirs in England would travel to escape from harsh
winters.  Some roads are still dirt to accommodate the horse traffic. 
Our land development company focuses on maintaining the organic feel
and essence of Aiken, while maintaining the natural aspects of the land
